Cover Letter

Dear Ministry Leader,

My name is Ken Lengel II, and I am a Christian Technology Specialist. God has led me to serve Him using the talents given to me in technology in a ministry context. During my college years at Ambassador Baptist College (2018-2022), I was introduced to the media ministry of the local church at Maranatha Baptist Church of Shelby, NC. I enjoyed serving in this ministry, and eventually I was asked to lead their media ministry during my junior year of college. I ended up training several church members to help with the ministry, and trained someone to take my place for when I would eventually move on to another ministry.

After graduating college in 2022, I traveled with Evangelist Dwight Smith, helping run the media ministry for his Victory Gospel Crusades. After this, I moved north to Rhode Island in late 2022 where I helped a church part-time for a few months until God led me to my first full-time ministry position in, as the Media and IT Specialist for Shining Light Baptist Church and Academy in Monroe, NC. I began in August of 2023, and am still there serving gladly.

While here, I have learned many different facets of tech ministry, and now I feel led to seek extra opportunities in order to help more ministries move forward in utilizing technology for the work of God, all around the world.
